Growing up I loved to read “Chose Your Own Adventure” books and I loved the “power” it gave me to control the story. Life soon taught me that while we can choose some adventures in our life…there are times that the “adventure” chooses us.
Like Rheumatoid Arthritis; the most challenging “adventure” I’ve faced.
Through years of trial and error, Ive found ways to cope with my Rheumatoid Arthritis, even in a harsh environment, and to make small adjustments that make a BIG difference.
I’ve discovered simple tips and tricks that help me get through the day, stay organized (amidst the brain fog) and spare my joints some pain.
Sometimes it’s a product I use that makes my life better, or sometimes it’s changing the way I do things….but these simple solutions contribute to a better quality of life for me with RA.
This space is where the share the solutions I have discovered, and I hope it will benefit you on your RA journey too.
For those visual learners, here is a graphic that sums me up….
